Every county has a local child support agency which is a part of the state's Department of Child Support services. These agencies and the DCSS have been established to help parents and caregivers to provide the best possible environment for your children to be raised in, including providing health insurance and support.
When there is a question of parentage of your child, the child support agency in your area will ask for a child support order and establish the parentage of your child for free.
