As a Senior Paralegal, she brings over 15 years of experience in the legal field, with a specialized focus on family law. Ms. Pineda has been a valued member of Yanez & Associates since 2016, bringing with her an impressive 25 years of experience from her tenure at the Orange County Superior Court. During her distinguished career, she worked across various departments, including Civil, Small Claims, Criminal Operations, and Family Law, demonstrating her extensive knowledge and adaptability. Notably, she spent 15 years as a Courtroom Clerk, collaborating closely with judges in Family Law and Criminal Law proceedings.
Upon retiring from her esteemed public service career, Ms. Pineda seamlessly transitioned to her role as a Legal Assistant at Yanez & Associates. In this capacity, she provides invaluable support to the firm’s four attorneys, managing tasks such as coordinating minor’s counsel cases and providing expert translations. Her deep understanding of the Family Court system and her commitment to excellence make her an indispensable asset to our firm.
