An attorney from Newport Beach allegedly takes advantage of two elderly sisters. The attorney goes by the name Peter Nitschke, he is 45 years old. Mr. Nitschke met these two ladies at a Church they all attended in Laguna Woods.
The attorney offered to assist these two ladies with their finances associated with the sale of a home in Northern California. The two sisters were unaware that they were being taken advantage of. Family members began to question where the money was going. In addition, according to reports Mr. Nitschke was depositing money in his personal bank account instead of the client trust account.
Furthermore, Mr. Nitschke is reported to have asked the two ladies to write him cashier's checks worth approximately $675,000. In addition, he reportedly is being accused of taking $46,000 worth of money that resulted from a real-estate business deal.
