Alternatives to a Conservatorship
What does Family Law Consist of?

Restraining orders will forbid a person from having any kind of contact with you, your family, children or anyone you live with. A restrained person will also not be allowed to go anywhere near your place of work, your home or other places and areas you frequent often. The restraining order will also forbid the person from owning any firearms and will order them out of your home if you happen to be living together.

Restraining orders will be legal state-wide and law enforcement across California will have access to all the orders stipulations. If a person has a restraining order against them, there can be very serious outcomes. They will:

-Not be able to go to certain places
-Not be able to do certain things
-Not be able to own any guns/fire arms
-Have trouble with the status of their immigration

The result of violating the restraining order often involves, a fine, jail time or both.
