Is it better to stay together for the kids and be unhappy, or is it better to be happy and divorce? This question does not have a “one size fits all” answer because every couple is different and they handle unhappiness in different ways. For your kids to be happy they need a happy environment. If they come home from school and their parents are always fighting then it most likely is not a happy environment, and in that case it’s probably better for the parents to just go their separate ways.
